What we’re looking for
Drivers
- Valid PCO licence + private-hire vehicle or willingness to rent one
- Good knowledge of Croydon and London roads
- Professional attitude & friendly service
- Self-employed status (so you manage your times)
Admin Stars
- Strong organisation skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Great communication & a positive attitude
- Available to help keep things running behind the scenes
Passenger Assistants
- Patient, courteous, and caring — helping travellers who might need a little extra attention
- Comfortable working with different customer needs (families, elderly, luggage-heavy travellers)

FAQs
How and when do I get paid?
- For account and card bookings: paid weekly in arrears, every Thursday (unless a bank holiday)
- For cash bookings: passenger pays you directly at trip-end; booking fee deducted from week’s payment
- Commission of 20% applies to all work except regular school-routes
Do I need experience?
- Not necessarily — we value reliability, friendliness and knowledge of the local area above everything.
Vehicle-required?
- Yes for drivers. But for admin or passenger assistant roles, you’ll be working from the office or supporting trips — vehicle not required.
