We would like to reassure you that the well-being of our customers, employees and drivers is priority and we have been following government recommendations and maintaining a strict protocol to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety.
What we are doing:
All drivers are advised to carry hand sanitiser and disinfectant for use after each journey
We are continuously reinforcing PHE precautions to our drivers and employees to help prevent the spreading of COVID-19
All deliveries are made with a no contact policy where the driver will leave the goods at the door and then step back two meters to ensure it is received
Our main offices remain shut at this time but our phone lines and customer support email are open 24/7
Where possible we ask that customers book using our app or pay by card with our on hand booking agents to reduce unnecessary interaction
‘Social distancing compliant’ 8 seater vehicles and black taxis are available upon request.
